I'm Trisha, an early childhood educator for more than 18 years and a world traveler.Teaching kids about the world has been a love of mine throughout my entire teaching career. Providing teachers with resources to bring the world to their classrooms has become my passion.I created Passport Adventures as a unique way to make children feel as if they are actually traveling to faraway places. A little imagination goes a long way, so let's get you started!

Passport Adventures: Calendar Photos

These travel logs help kids think about places they'd like to learn about and "visit." Use these with your students or kids to keep track of the places they have learned or want to learn about.
How to Bring the World to Your Classroom
I created this as a simple way to always be mindful of how you can bring global awareness into the classroom. It's meant to sit near or on your desk as a visual reminder.
We could always use these reminders...especially if you teach in a school!
5 Ways to Be More Confident on Your First Day of School
I hid in a bath on the very first day of my teaching career...because my students and their parents were all peeking through the windows before arrival so they could get a glimpse of the new teacher. I lacked confidence back then and created this list so that no new teacher has to hide in a bathroom like I once did.
